How to Descale the Coffee Maker?

After 60 cycles, all buttons will simultaneously flash 5 times when plug in, indicating you need to clean and descale your coffee maker.

  1. Press and hold the CAPSULE button for 3s to enter into descaling mode.
  2. Press the CAPSULE button again to start the descaling cycle.
  3. After descaling is completed. Fill the water tank to the MAX line with cold water.
  4. Press the CAPSULE button once again, the coffee maker will continue the descaling process, then stop automatically and go back to standby mode.

Why does the coffee maker continue to run for a while and make a sound after the brewing is finished?

To prevent water from staying inside the machine, the water pump will continue to run for a while after the brewing process is complete. The machine may make some sound at this time, this is normal.

Why are the capsule button and the ground button flashing at the same time?

This means that the machine needs to be descaled. Please press and hold CAPSULE button for 3 seconds to enter the descaling program and press CAPSULE button again to start the descaling program.

Why does the brewing process not proceed after pressing the brew button?
